The location, friendly, very easy going. Breakfast continental and help yourself.
Tight on space if a family of 4 in one room. Bathroom needed a good clean and more soap. Upgrade the breakfast condiments from the Basic brands.

Host was very informative and helpful in sorting out parking arrangements. Interesting artwork around the house. Excellent location near to tube, shops, restaurants etc
The features of the "At Home" concept should be made clear on the website. We knew what to expect, but others might be disappointed by the system. Bathroom was clean and functioning, but rather basic.

The toilet was not in the room and that was not specified in the booking description

Convenient location close to Chiswick High Street.
No tea-making facilities in room, also no bedside tables or lamps. No additional bedding available - was cold with single duvet. The facility seemed a bit run-down and basic for the price we paid. We had to help ourselves to breakfast in the kitchen. Was supposed to be continental breakfast, but just tea, toast and cereal on offer.

Very good price. Relaxed Atmosphere - more like staying with a relative than a hotel.
Found a bag of wheels in our bedside table...

wouldnt recommend to anybody. I was a so called artist trying to make a few Bob on a house that really isnt fit for Guests. Wooden floors that creaked, old bed linen, old towels, Doors that were difficult to open & clothes Sink & Bath with blocked plug holes. Old cups& Plates in Kitchen help yourself to Breakfast & wash up afterwards. What a dreadful weekend, even share the Bathroom with other Guests, for anothe 10Pounds I could have had a cleaner room with own Bathroom. How these people are allowed to operate I dont know.

Very relaxed and homely atmosphere. Our room was very quiet with its own large balcony area. We could eat when we wanted as the kitchen was always available to us. Cheaper than the surrounding B&B's - you get what you pay for. The position is excellent - very quiet but still within a very short walk to all the amenities you need.
A little shabby and the kitchen could have done with a wipe round but at the end of the day it met our needs and if you want pristine surroundings pay more and go to another place. I don't know if I can leave the recommendation question but it is a matter of choice. If you are not too fussy, not a snob and accept that you get what you pay for then go for it. I am used to higher end establishments but was able to appreciate the plusses.

Bob (owner) was really laid back and welcoming. Let us use the b&b as our own. I liked that there was no curfew and we could come and go as we pleased.
The only thing that was a little upsetting was the shower upstairs didnt work. The wet room downstairs worked just fine but it was a bit of a pain to go up and down the stairs.

Conveniently located just off Chiswick High Road. The host is friendly and flexible.
Very dirty - This accommodation is very basic, like a youth hostel but with a tiny single room (and small flat-screen tv). Shared bathroom and kitchen was very dirty, on both days I stayed there. Breakfast is self-service.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Had to make own breakfast, but did not have a breakfast, as most of crockery was cracked and was not at all inviting. Bathroom was house owners own bathroom and was very much used this way.

This is simply a private family home, not a hotel. This is not clean dusty very small unhuman room, with no facilities inside (no chair, no table, very weak light, very dusty unclean bed, unclean cupboard). I stayed one night only form the 6 nights I booked, the home owner threw me out when I asked him for more facilities and he cut the whole 6 nights from my Master Card. I advise any one not to go there. I advise this site not to deal with this private family home.
